I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were small and lacked certain amenities, the forest view was lovely. The service staff had both unfriendly and helpful moments. The location offered easy access to shops and restaurants but missed some promised features. The dining was hit or miss, with average quality and limited choices. The facilities were fair but not exceptional.
I had a love-hate relationship with this hotel. The location was fantastic, right by the ski slopes and close to the town. The rooms, however, had some issues, especially with the beauty room in the relaxation area not being properly cleaned before our stay. The service was friendly but not always very helpful. The dining experience left a lot to be desired with a basic selection of food, though the hotel's facilities were satisfactory.
