Soothing Spa Escape

Cozy and Spacious

Our room was surprisingly large and comfortable with beautiful Bulgarian decor. The bed was incredibly cozy, allowing us to rest well after our adventures. I also appreciated that it was well-maintained and came with a lovely balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

I had a love-hate relationship with this hotel. The location was fantastic, right by the ski slopes and close to the town. The rooms, however, had some issues, especially with the beauty room in the relaxation area not being properly cleaned before our stay. The service was friendly but not always very helpful. The dining experience left a lot to be desired with a basic selection of food, though the hotel's facilities were satisfactory.
